Ingredients:
- 3 Tortillas (Mexican tortillas)
 - 150 g chicken fillets
 - ½ orange juice + 2 Tbsp
 - ½ tsp ground paprika
 - ½ orange zest
 - 1 + 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
 - 1 sprig (5cm) of rosemary
 - 2 tsp sweet chili sauce
 - salt and black pepper
 - ½ sweet onion
 - 150 g of lettuce (iceberg)
 - 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
 - green onions

Directions:
- Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips.
 - Lay fillets into a bowl, sprinkle with paprika, chopped rosemary, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, orange zest and juice. Mix the ingredients and refrigerate for 20 - 30 minutes.
 - Use a brush to apply water on tortillas and cut each into 4 pieces and shape them into little «baskets» by using a mold for muffins. To make a «basket», you need to turn the mold upside down, take a triangle and spread it over the protruding top, slightly pressing, so that the triangle takes sort of cone shape. Shape each tortillas triangle on the mold (or a cup) and bake in a preheated oven (175 C ) for 7-8 minutes.
 - Carefully remove «baskets» from the mold and put them on a rack. Cool completely.
 - Mix the mayonnaise with 2 teaspoons of orange juice
 - Remove chicken fillets from the marinade and dry with a paper towel
 - Preheat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
 - Fry the chicken breast for about 3 or 5 minutes.
 - Add chili sauce, salt and pepper, stir and transfer on a plate
 - Tear the lettuce up into small pieces, chop the onion and put it on the bottom of the «baskets»
 - Spread a little mayonnaise over the layer of lettuce and onion, then stuff in the chicken breast. Sprinkle with some more finely chopped onion.
